JPM Shokai Ltd. was founded in 1992 to produce a whole range of bee products and to supply them throughout Thailand and abroad. The wide range of bee products includes Royal jelly, Honey, and Bees wax. A well-known pioneer of health supplements from bee in Northern of Thailand, the company's finest quality product "Royal Jelly" has been officially approved by Japan.
General Farming had previously exported premium-quality honey "grade A", honey from longan farms, and then "Royal Jelly" had been promoted as a health supplement. The company takes pride in obtaining only the best and purest bee products ? from the northern region of Thailand where the climate and trees are ideal for bee cultivation.
Currently, Royal jelly is exported to Taiwan and other countries in the Asian region. The fresh Royal jelly is contained in cans and stored at temperatures of around freezing point. Another new product is bees wax, which is used primarily in industrial processes.
Description: The hypopharyngeal glands of worker bees secrete royal jelly normally at 5-15 days of age. It is fed to queens throughout their larval and adult lives as well as to young workers and drone larvae. Royal jelly can be described as a strongly acidic white nitrogenous substance with a slightly pungent odor and bitter taste. It is a very rich source of proteins and contains eight essential amino acids, important fatty acids, sugars, sterols and phosphorus compounds as well as acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is needed to transmit nerve messages from cell to cell.
